For the first time, the soft power impact of the BBC World Service has been measured in a structured way. Drawing on original data from expert interviews, focus groups, and polling (by JL Partners), Global Reach, National Impact, assesses soft power across four dimensions: Global Reach, National Strategic Value, British Values, and Audience Resonance.
